Based on my experience - I would recommend this merchant. I did read a couple bad reviews, but aside from taking a couple more days for delivery than I anticipated, my experience was very good. I called to check the status of my order and Dana was extremely pleasant and helpful. The toner cartridge I ordered works fine and is supposed to last just as long or longer than the previous one. Time will tell, but I would shop at Monster again. Good job guys! |

I am very disappointed with this company. This company is not professional. I would think twice before buying from them. Service sucks, delivery is awful (one month for a delivery), and products are not what is advertised. When you call them they tell you they will investigate this incident, and they apologize, and say they will call you back. However, no one calls you back. No email is sent explaining why! I get exhausted spending my time dealing with them for nothing. They do not care about their – customers. This is why we are losing our American reputation. There are no more companies who have number one rule – “the customer is always right”. Be aware! You are thinking you are saving money and time? But No! You are wasting your company’s valuable time spending it calling these people back and fourth. My advice to you is to find a better company, with better customer serve and stick with them. They may charge you more, but it is worth it! |

BUYER BEWARE !!!! They charge your Credit Card immediately for an item that says In Stock and then they DON'T ship and say it is backordered. Their site www.onlinesupplystore.com and 123Toner.com still show it is In Stock. Two weeks later and NO RESOLUTION !! |

I was a little concerned that the item I purchased sometimes was referred to as an Energizer battery then other times a Panasonic unit. Panasonic makes one and so does Energizer. I purchased what I did becasue I wanted Energizer. I hope to receive an Energizer and not a Panasonic. We shall see. Thank you, Dominick 610-594-1911 they discontinued the item and never notified me, I had to inquire thru email to learn of this discontinuation of product! |

This is my first order. I cannot comment on the product quality or delivery service as I have not yet received my order. I have been impressed, so far, with the prices and availability of the items I chose. Time will tell if the merchandise is a quality product. I received the order as promised and was totally thrilled with the price. So far the ink seems to be as good a quality as the expensive Brother inks I had been paying 4 times as much for. Over all I would have to give this merchant (Kartridge.com, and Pricegrabber) an A for processing and deliver, and an A+ for price. Thanks for helping me save some money in these hard economical times. |

I have not received my toner still. I click on the "track my order" link and always get a message "tracking not available, try back shortly" day after day I get this message. I click on the link to get my password. I get a message saying the password has been mailed to me - yet I never get an email. I don't know if this company is even in business anymore or if they just stole my money and left. I'm quite frustrated with them. It has been 13 days since I place the order. |

The first complaint was about a tracking#. Called to get one, was told that the email system was down. Tracking number given verbally. Checked the shipping, we paid for 2 day air, the package shipped via ground. Was told that they have problems with their shipper, the shipper does not look at shipping instructions. Then told that they would refund the 2 day air & only charge us for Ground. Checked the status order on 3/30 via UPS. UPS stated the incorrect zip was given and that package delivery would be on 3/31. Tried to call, no machine, no answer. Sent email. Same scenario on 3/31. Rcvd email stating that they would give us a store credit for shipping charges. Emailed & Called that that was not satisfactory. Spoke to Dana and was told that she may have said that but did not remember. They only do store credit. Supplies did arrive 1 week after paying for 2 day shipping. Buyer Beware |
