The prices can't be beat and delivery is very fast & free. The above does not apply on this order. I had to call to find out if it had been delivered and was told they would get back to me. This did not happen I had to call again the next day and found out that the product still had not been shipped. I concelled the order at this time and was told it was concelled. Then I received an email I believe and cancelled the order again to make sure it got credited back to my Credit card, and this did not happen, I just received the product today and emails saying that they denied the refund because it was already shipped. What non-sense when I cancelled the order I was told that it HAD NOT BEEN SHIPPED. Will not order from them again.	Overall Rating

When I called about the status of the two toners ordered, they finally gave me a tracking number. The package came, and only one toner cartridge. Called the company to complain they indicated they would call the third party vendor and get them to send out the other cartridge. Never received, the phone number was down for several days; and no response to e-mails. Buyer Beware.	Overall Rating

I made sure to print the page of the ad. I am not going to worry them about it as they may have been doing some special sales pitch. I just wont go back to the merchant...The return customer is the best customer, so I will choose to move on rather than go back and forth with them raising some big stink about what was sent vs. ordered. Thanks for the chance to review...hopefully those who buy from them will keep a copy as well so they don't repeat the same mistake.	Overall Rating
