Spoke with Katie, then Diana on Dec 30/08, who said product was actually shipped Dec 29, 08. Computer at the California location was down so no courier tracking number; they would call me in 1 hour to give me the tracking. I called back and pressed for refund or tracking, Katie hung up on me. Administrator's voice mail is full.	Overall Rating

I called and they said there was a problem with the web site.... the black toner started streaking on my page... they replaced the toner and said they were having some problems with the blacks... The yellow started doing the same thing... I called again ... they said I had the units too long and would not relpace them again... I went to office max and bought a new HP toner my printer works fine... I would not use this merchant again... the quality is too low at any price and they do not stand behind their products... I placed my order on the OnlineSupplyStore.com site, which is as far as I can tell identical to the other site. In fact, SupplyStore.com may come up when you type in the other web address. The order did not come. I inquired and they sent me an e-mail with a number which supposedly was a tracking number for shipping, but it is an invalid tracking number according to the UPS tracking site. I think this company may be a fraudulent website. I would not purchase anything from them again (why bother, if all they do is take your money and never send the product?) and I'll probably wind up reporting them for credit card fraud if the order doesn't come in another week or so. Also, it appears OnlineSupplyStore.com may have been banned from PriceGrabber, and the company may have just changed their name to get back on PriceGrabber's indexing service so they could cheat more people.
