I have always enjoyed my shopping experiences with SupplyStore, whether ordering on their website or over the telephone. When dealing with the sales people on the phone, I have found them to be knowledgeable and courteous. I have only had to exchange a few items, but again I experienced no problems. |

I checked the box indicating that the shipping address is the same as the billing address, but my suite # was left off the shipping address. I hope this will not cause problems for me in receiving my order. |

Very dissapointed with payment options. Show AmEx accepted yet was not an option at "Checkout" PayPal also did not show up. Boaders on FALSE ADVERTISING. I am now very concerned about the quality of the goods> |

APPALLING! Stay away!!! Company has numerous aliases (Supplystore.com; Monstertoner.com, etc.) I purchased a DRUM cartridge, for a Xerox CV830 copier on 3/24/2010; on 3/27, Monstertoner.com told me the item had shipped. Never received. I wrote again 4/16 to find out where the item is. Monstertoner.com replied on 4/19 that it would tell the warehouse to ship the item! It's 5/1...with no item in sight. Fraudulent vendor with NO telephone customer support. |

So far, I'm waiting to see if compatible means what it says. I would love a number to call and discuss the success rate for compatibility and what happens on the down side of compatibility. |

Received a bad printer cartridge that smears black ink everywhere. I have emailed supplystore.com two times since then to see what I need to do to return the item and have heard no response at all. |
