They hijacked monstertoner store website I used to order from and somehow I ended up ordering from them. Not only they charged more, sevice is horrible. No phone, no adddress listed on the website. I did read a couple bad reviews, but aside from taking a couple more days for delivery than I anticipated, my experience was very good. I called to check the status of my order and Dana was extremely pleasant and helpful. The toner cartridge I ordered works fine and is supposed to last just as long or longer than the previous one. Time will tell, but I would shop at Monster again. Good job guys!	Overall Rating
