This company uses false advertising claiming to have product in stock to get you to place the order with them because of the low price. Then they charge your credit card immediately once the order has been placed and you have to wait (in my case the ETA was over a month) until they finally get the product in. Terrible customer service which is outsoured to a 3rd party call center. All the call center can do is send a message to the company and ask them to call you (which they don't). You can't talk to an actual employee who works for the company. Only by email. I finally cancelled my order and called VISA to dispute the charges which will take 45-60 days to clear up. Very big hassle. Don't waste your time.	Overall Rating

Called customer service twice and did not get any information, when I finally got through. The service rep said she had no idea where the product was.
