I have called the # on my credit card and talked with someone and have emailed and have not recieved it yet. Supreme Retails's Response: unit was mis-shipped to another state, and ups still showed delivered, took days to figure out, and finally was able to transfer it back to its original destination, we are very sorry for this, we never experienced something like that, sorry again	Overall Rating

Pricegrabber gave the Merchant (Storefront merchant Supreme Retails) my billing address even though I specified a different shipping address. Then, for whatever reason, my order was delivered to a school who held on to it for a number of days before taking it the two doors down to the correct address. Meanwhile, Storefront merchant Supreme Retails was trying everything possible to make good on my purchase. They even went as far as to say they were going to send me another one. Pricegrabber had it all wrong but I was completely please with all of my conversations with Storefront merchant Supreme Retails.	Overall Rating
