I ordered two recreation snorkel sets with price of 14.81, but they sent me Jr. recreation snorkel set with price of 13.26. Since not only the fact that Jr. one is for smaller face, but also the product number was different from that of invoice, I thought they simply made mistake. However, when I contacted them, they just mentioned return it. In addition, they do not refund shipping charges. Do you know what it does mean? To return $ 14.81 good, I have to waste $5.99 x 2 shipping charges, even I did nothing wrong. Do not believe there cheap price. The color I wanted was listed as back-ordered on their website. I received a shipping confirmation via e-mail four days later and the USPS delivered six days after that. Both times I spoke on the phone with them after placing the order on the internet to make sure they had the product in stock and was shipping. They confirmed it was in stock and would ship. After not receiving in a couple days I checked back to find out they had to order from the vendor. This order they listed on their site they were cancelling and never notified me. The first order they never notified me and I had paid extra for over night shipping so I could have the suit for a championship swim meet. Needless to say we never got that suit in time for the meet. They cancel orders with out notification and list product they don't have in inventory.	Overall Rating

Sometimes I call and I get put on hold for 5-8 minutes because there is only one person in their offices to answer the phones. Once I get attended to it is always a positive experience, but in the interest of preserving my daytime minutes, please hire more people. However, the prices are undeniably great and the quality of product is very high!!!	Overall Rating
