There have been a couple of mishaps, which happens, but I was in no way compensated for them, which I think is poor customer service. The cs reps are very friendly when you speak to them, but they have never compensated me for their mistakes. I would highly recommend giving yourself plenty of time if you are ordering your item for a gift because that's where the mishaps happened!	Overall Rating

I had to call 4 times to find our if it was shipped and even then I had to leave a message to reach customer care. I was then told that the items I ordered were out of stock. Merchandise was delivered on time and everything turned out OK.
