Strengths: Excellent product. Most utilities are quite useful. AV and WinDoctor are my favorites.
Weakness: Cleansweep has been more an annoyance than usefull. Also upgrade installations could be a little smoother.
One must be careful with the "really" cheap oem products by symantec. The Pro version I just checked out didn't include Ghost. Check it for the Ghost directory. Not there, not authentic.

TopStrengths: Works great on Norton Utilities, Virus etc.
Weakness: Be careful with Roxio and some of the newer features. It can wreck your operating system, and require reinstallation.
Fixes a lot of Problems, Blocks Viruses, maintains HD,
and lot of other good features. Used the tried and true.
Been using it for two years with Windows 2000 and Windows 98

Weakness: the hole software package
I order this junk from pricegrabber, brand new software package 2003 for xp & win 2000. Installation problems error codes you name it you'll see it.... Symantic tech support tried to charge $30.00 because there software wouldn't install, what balls. Internet support was a joke too, I'm still waiting for them to get back to me. Do not buy this JUNK!!!!!!!!! Go look on symantic support bulliten board.

TopStrengths: Anti-Virus protection included for one year.
Weakness: ABSOLUTE DISASTER IF YOU UPGRADE YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM WITHOUT COMPLETELY UN-INSTALLING THIS PROGRAM!!! AND THAT IS A MOST DIFFICULT THING TO ACCOMPLISH!
Symantec's Customer Service Department is THE WORST! IF YOU READ AND READ AND READ ALL the info on their site, some of which is supposed to be for a certain operating system BUT IS NOT, you "MAY" get the correct info and you "MAY" NOT! I don't know how their $30.00 PAID customer support is, BUT IF IT IS AS INEDAQUATE AND PATHETIC as their "FOREIGN" based pig latin speaking "I know how you must feel and how frustrating these things can be, etc., now go to such and such a page in our regular info site", JUNK! IF YOU ARE AS MISFORTUNATE as I and my company have been and upgrade your Operating System WITHOUT COMPLETELY UN-INSTALLING THIS program...GOD HELP YOU! Because Norton Symantec either won't or can't! We have spent hours and hours trying to straighten out this mess!

TopStrengths: Easy Install, A lot of useful programs.
Weakness: None
This just keeps getting better every year, one of the most simple programs you will ever install, very smooth, even for the Novice. As with 2001, 2002, and now 2003, contiued great products that will keep your PC clean of debris and clutter, and keeps the regisitry clean as well. Waiting on 2004. Best suite in the business.

TopStrengths: Very useful tools. Works well and is dependable. Ghost works very well. Installtion is realtively simple.
Weakness: Antivirus can cause OS upgrades problems, needs to be uninstalled prior to upgrades. This is understandable hoowever.
I've used this on a number of machines. I am very impressed. Ghost has saved my bacon a number of times. Windoctor is great. I also like the defrage utility. Overall I would say this program is a must have. I purchases it for all my computers.

Symantec Norton SystemWorks 2003 Professional Edition
Strengths: Easy install, fast setup, no program or OS errors.
Weakness: None found.
I have been using the product since 11/29/02 and have not had a single problem. I installed the complete product and have used nearly every program since. I used Ghost to perform an image, Speed Disk for defrag, Disk Doctor for disk checks, and Antivirus for email, messenger, and program download scanning. I am completely satisfied with this suite. The price was certainly right as I bought this from Staples with 2 rebates and a discount which netted the package free to me. Highly recommended.
