I never received my purchase and have had no help from the customer service email address listed on the website. I ordered a small priced item (top loaders) and the shipping cost ($6.98) more than the item ($1.99), which makes the fact I never received the item all the more disappointing. After not receiving the item I sent several emails and have not heard any response still from Team Fanatics. I did receive a tracking number which claims the item was delivered but I was home on the day it was supposed to arrive and never received it. I figure it was lost or misdelivered so I went to my post office and was instructed to have Team Fanatics put in a claim form, but I'm unable to do that since Team Fanatics won't respond to the emails I've sent. It's disappointing as there are other items I was interested in purchasing but I will just cut my loses and shop elsewhere	Overall Rating
