I I had some issues with product activation codes but they were resolved with diligence by this merchant. Over all pleased with the outcome. The fact that they were so helpful in resolving the issues indicates a good company. Other merchants tend to just throw up there hands and don't provide much support. Not these guys. Support was excellent. |

I haven't received anything yet, so I cannot comment on the quality of the company yet, but it did get good prior reviews which was one of the deciding factors in purchasing from them. |

The product was orderd on 12/30 - a day when most companies were closed for the New Year's Holiday. Yet this product was delivered via download. When I had problems with installation (due to using Internet Explorer) I sent an email asking for assistance - and expecting an answer the following week. He CALLED me back on that day and walked me through getting everything set up. OUTSTANDING customer service on top of a great price. I would definitely buy from them again. |
