DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their goal is to take your money, they do NOT care about the customer , WHAT SO EVER. I bought a Phoneix Gold Amp in March and it came the end of MAY!. And when it came, it BROKEN, so i sent it back and waitd for about a month till it finally arrived again, and GUESS what , not only did they charge me for shipping there and back, but it came back broken again! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, so I bought a new amp from an AUTHORIZED DEALER, and it was great. The one Techronics gave me I threw away it was worthless, and wasnt going to bother trying to send it back because i would lose even more money. So i lost about $220 , NEVER AGAIN.!!!! I am Pleased to say they were correct and that most problems lie with UPS as they did not even knock on my door but left the package out in the rain ... LUCKY for me I was checking for another package ALL day and caught it before any damage was done ... I'd have to give 5 Stars because of Price,Customer Service,And Product was just what I ordered! UPS "lost" my package, and it never showed up. However, Techronic's customer service remailed my order and i got it in 3 days flat. The price was good, but I wish both items had free shipping -- not just one of them! They botched the shipment, and it looked like the package was never delivered to UPS for shipment. I had to make 3 emails and 5 calls to get the problem corrected, and then they wanted me to wait longer for UPS to investigate, when I had already waited 3 weeks. Eventually I demanded a shipment whether or not UPS could track the "lost" one. Then they did not rush ship the package, even though it was very late -- I thought that was poor customer service. I could not track the shipment until they emailed me the new tracking number, because I still didn't believe it would arrive.	Overall Rating

After no shipment from a competitor who did not have a product in stock, I called Techronics to confirm that they did indeed have two (2) pair of speakers in stock that I had planned to purchase. I was told that they did indeed have ten (10) pair in stock (even told the warehouse was checked) and that "usually orders are processed in 24 hours or less". A week later and no shipment yet as "one of my pairs of speakers was missing parts so the entire order was frozen". Seriously? No explanation on why one of the other available "in-stock" pairs could not have been substituted. The same reasons that drove me away from ordering off of auction sites have driven me BACK to auction sites. At least merchants on eBay (for the most part) don't sell you something they don't have in stock. Not impressed with this opperation.	Overall Rating

worm5711 from MO Member Since: 04/16/2009 View Member's: Reviews	i have recently ordered the clarion vrx485vd, it is a 1 din in dash dvd player with a flip out 7" touch screen and it is great, i hooked it up right after i got it and i love the sound quality is nice and the price was right however the reason i gave them 3 stars is because i also ordered a ccuipod1 ipod connecting cable and i still have not received it, i called em after i got the head unit to let them know it was not in the box and there was a zero next to it on the packing slip they told me that it would come the day so i waited for the ups guy all day and they never came so i wasted my whole day..... i called them and told them it never came and they said there was a problem but it has been shipped out and should be here by friday or monday... we will see, however after all this i have still at least been able to get ahold of someone and talk to them about the problems... in all i would order from them again	Overall Rating
