I figured with their location in socal the shipping would be quick to norcal, they charge a handling fee so the processing would be quick also. This will teach me for assuming. It's taken them form jan 16 to jan 23 to ship the item they said was in stock, then I'm paying CA tax on something shipped from Newark, DE. Thats going to get to norcal quick! LOL. The lesson is! read reviews and go to the BBB web site to check out merchants your don't know and if you wan't something for next Christmas you'd better order it now! (Note to Techronics) The next time you do this to someone you might want to at least offer next day shipping to make up for your slooow! processing and you won't have reviews like this one! So they told me that they were being shipped to them, and then to me. The ETA is supposed to be Friday the 30th but i ordered them on the 11th, 12 day shipping is scary slow!!	Overall Rating

Never arrived. Called again and was told the item is in and would be shipped out the next day. They never did and I canceled the order. On my cancellation notice it said the item was discontinued. They should have told me that to begin with. The unit is one of Alpines best head units and it hasn't been discontinued. I will never do business with them again.	Overall Rating
