I purchased a pair of Polk Audio db691 car speakers at a very competative price even after factoring in the UPS shipping charges. The speakers arrived in a timley fashion brand new in the OEM sealed original packaging/box. I would definatley consider purchasing from this vendor again for any electronics needs in the future. |

Have had nothing but TROUBLE with this company so far. The returns department is completely INCOMPETENT! I ordered an alarm that came with no remote. They told me the would give me store credit coupon if I purchased a replacement from somewhere else so I did. It cost me 75 bucks, store credit given was 15 bucks. When alarm was installed by a certified tech, the brain was no good. I sent alarm back to be sent a NEW one that worked. The manager of the returns department tells me that he will be send another alarm out but it WONT have a REMOTE. Because he cant send the one I sent back to the manufacture with out a remote (NOT MY PROBLEM THATS HOW YOU SENT IT TO ME)! CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS PLACE REALLY SUCKS! I will NEVER be purchasing ANYTHING from the company again once I get this settled. All I want is the alarm I ordered (WITH ALL THE COMPONETS IN IT) because thats what I paid for, or give me all my money back! I'll go somewhere else if thats the case. |

HORRIBLE SITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This is probably the worst site I have ever ordered from. I purchased 2 12 inch MTX subs and a MTX amplifier. I was told it would take 6 or 7 days but no it took 9 or 10 days. So my subs and amp are working fine then all of a sudden the amp decides to stop working which causes one of my subs to be damaged. So now i have to send the stuff back. I figure how long could it take, 2 weeks tops because thats how long it took from another site i ordered from. But no they tell me it can take up to 6 weeks. Are you kidding me 6 weeks thats ridiculous. I ask why its going to take so long and they tell me because they need warranty from mtx. This is complete b.s. The other site i ordered from didnt need warranty from the company that my product was from. Oh and also usually if your under warranty you dont have to pay for shipping but not with this peice of s***t website. DO NOT order from this site they only care about money and not the custom |

The good? I got quality products at a fair price.
The bad? It took forever to get to me. I paid around 4 times more ($11 or so for standard ground shipping compared to almost $50 for 3 day express) for express shipping and it won't be here until 7 days after order. I understand that I ordered late Thursday, but it was shipped on Friday, therefore it should have been here on Tuesday the very latest. I know UPS transports (but does not deliver) on Saturday, so it really should be here on Monday. I'm pretty sure I paid of express shipping and got standard. Oh well, I'll order somewhere else or just pay for crap shipping next time. Retailer Response (08/03/2009): UPS does not count Saturday and Sunday as a shipping day so if we shipped it on Friday you would receive it on Wednesday. you can confirm this with UPS! |

(Edited June 29th by akaproof) they didnt have what I wanted in stock and it took a week and a half to figure that out....ordered a diffent sub and now its been three days and my tracking number says they still havent got the shipment...so the shipping is slow as all he!! but the prices are cheaper than anywhere I have seen so I wiull update when I get the product |

Their goal is to take your money, they do NOT care about the customer , WHAT SO EVER. I bought a Phoneix Gold Amp in March and it came the end of MAY!. And when it came, it BROKEN, so i sent it back and waitd for about a month till it finally arrived again, and GUESS what , not only did they charge me for shipping there and back, but it came back broken again! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, so I bought a new amp from an AUTHORIZED DEALER, and it was great. The one Techronics gave me I threw away it was worthless, and wasnt going to bother trying to send it back because i would lose even more money. So i lost about $220 , NEVER AGAIN.!!!! I had a problem with the tracking because UPS NEVER Scanned it ... and made several calls which were ALL answered and assured my package was shipped ... I am Pleased to say they were correct and that most problems lie with UPS as they did not even knock on my door but left the package out in the rain ... LUCKY for me I was checking for another package ALL day and caught it before any damage was done ... I'd have to give 5 Stars because of Price,Customer Service,And Product was just what I ordered! |

Still haven't received the product, it looks like they missed the shipping by .31 and the PO wouldn't deliver. So I had to leave postage in the mail box for tomorrow, who knows if they will bring it out or wait yet another day. This is a surprise since they collected additional money from me for a handling charge (at checkout). This sucks! |
