So they told me that they were being shipped to them, and then to me. The ETA is supposed to be Friday the 30th but i ordered them on the 11th, 12 day shipping is scary slow!!	Overall Rating

Never arrived. Called again and was told the item is in and would be shipped out the next day. They never did and I canceled the order. On my cancellation notice it said the item was discontinued. They should have told me that to begin with. The unit is one of Alpines best head units and it hasn't been discontinued. I will never do business with them again.	Overall Rating

Then I paid 35 dollars for 3 day shipping and on Monday they told me that I would Receive the items I ordered on Friday. Also the representatives I spoke will did not speak english to well. I still have not received the items I have ordered but I really hope the products are better than the customer service.	Overall Rating
