The box I receive via UPS undamaged - it was in pristine condition. I have no doubt in my mind that they shipped the speaker with damage already (which likely also explains why they were selling the speaker for half price). They didn't offer to exchange the woofer or do anything other than try to make me deal with UPS for a claim. Stay away from these people. I will never buy another product from them.	Overall Rating

There was aftermarket solder on the terminals. Additionally they told me these are great speakers,71626 JL Audio VR690-CXi 6"X9" Car Audio Speakers. These are junk.The surround was pealing off and a connection for cap was broken. The stock Boston Acoustics with a whizzer cone smoke these. I took them out and threw them away as they refuse to give me an RMA number after giving me run around for 3 days. Additonaly I can't review the products on their site. So it is all lies. The following week, on Tuesday, I called to find out why I had not yet received an email telling me my item had been shipped. I was told that the warehouse in Michigan was out and that they should be shipped by Friday of that week, October 3rd. I emailed and called and did not heard any response or been able to speak to anyone. When I called their 877 number no matter what option I picked no one answers. I was finally able to get through to them on the 13th. I was told the speakers came in the week before and they did not know why they were not shipped out to me. I was told by Chris, that they would be shipped to me that day and I would have them by Wed the 15th. I called on Wed the 15th only to find out that they were never shipped. They ended up getting shipped on Wed the 15th and I just got them today, Oct 20th. I understand being out of stock, however, the money I saved did not make up for the poor customer service. Their website still showed the order was being processed. I sent an email to customer service on Tuesday with no response. Turns out, the product had shipped Monday. Speakers arrived intact and properly packaged. The problem was however, I had ordered them in "Gray" and they shipped the "Black" ones. Shipping and handling are no bargain from this company. I would shop somewhere else in the future. Almost $27.00 in shipping and handling.	Overall Rating
