Make a long story as short as I can these people honer there warranty policy and are very nice to work with. They have been more then helpfull for problems that were beyond there control. I will always shop for my car stereo items at techronics. Do not hesitate to order from them. Thank you all very much. |

These guys are a joke. I ordered my package on a Tuesday at 7:45 AM and payed extra for UPS 3 Day Select service. They pulled a UPS tracking number by Wednesday, but never shipped the package until later Thursday night after I called customer service. Customer service tried to tell me that there was something wrong with UPS and the package would arrive on Friday (as I had intended). When UPS finally received the package on Thursday night, I got a notice that the package would not arrive until the following Tuesday. To add insult to injury, I had order other related items from another company and ordered them 3 Day Select as well. These items got to me on Friday, but they were of no good due to the late shipment by Techronics. Furthermore, Techronics blocked my phone number after my first call. I had to call on my cell phone the second time to get through. They finally agreed to either reroute the package back to their store for a 20% restock fee, or credit me back the difference. |

very poor service. I ordered some speakers who were supposedly in the store. they never sent me the order and when I called they said I had not the speaker in the store that came in a week and so spent the time and never received anything. they tell you to have the article so that you ordered. and then never send anything because they do not have in store. |

From Payment via Paypal to my door step in 6 days, bloody amazing. and a additional 1% of for paying with payPal and a free gift, e-mails answered within hours, all this and reasonable pricing and selection, are you kidding, give them a go and see for yourself. I would recommend shopping at Techroncs! I purchased some Kicker Solobaric 10's, a couple of amps, a Stiffening CAP, wiring harness, and amp wiring kits from them. I was very happy with their prices. I needed some customer support about 3 months after my purchase and the people at Techronics were willing to help me even when the manufacture of the a faulty product was not. I have nothing but good things to say about all my dealings with Techronics. It is rare to find a company who cares about customer satisfaction, Techronics does. Give them a chance to win you trust too! |

Handling charges are for the birds. Your charging shipping and then tack on a "Handling Charge". I can think of only one reason why I would not come back here and that is it. If your going to charge extra, just do it in the shipping and quit the Whole "Handling Charge" Whats it cost to "Handle" something? |
