The BEST shopping experience I ever had. Listen to this.... I placed the order at 11:45 AM and they called me at 11:55 AM, 10 Min.! They confirmed the order and that the item was in stock and shipped the same day. got it after 2 days in perfect condition and great packaging. Would defenitely buy from these guys again. Informative website and very friendly customer service. Would suggest them to everybody. 5 STARS!!! |

After the first order I made,which was smooth and easy, this time they helped me find the exact products I was looking for,and shipped it out immediately,and I got my tracking number 2 Hours! after I placed the order. And to make it even sweeter,they gave me a "Certificate Discount Code" for $10 just for ordering from them twice in one month, now thats what I call a GREAT COMPANY! |

I really like this company. An excellent customer service. Very straight forward with no hidden costs (if you know what I mean!!). My item was shipped SAME DAY and packaged well. Overall, the price was great, the service fabulous and the delivery very fast and I got my item in perfect condition. |

Good prices + good customer service + good quality items + prompt shipping = great company. I orderd around $1500 worth of items from head units, spearkers, amps to wiring kits the first time I shop here. (Edited April 26th by rluther) I wanted some car speakers and found this vendor. My order shipped same day and the order was well packaged. I was disappointed to find the serial numbers scratched off the speakers. They were otherwise new and worked fine. Techronics contacted me and were glad I brought this to their attention. They assured me they have stopped working with that supplier so this won't happen again. It's good to see a company react to problems so promptly. I would recommend to others. |

This was a very good experience shopping with Techronics. I do highly recommend using them. My package came ontime just like they say it would. I didn't think that it would therefore I miss the first day it arrive and had to wait the next day. I ordered some car speakers from Techronics, but the speakers were out of stock. They called me up, offered me alternative speakers that were an upgrade and waived the incremental charge for the new speakers. The customer service folks were very nice to work with which made the overall experience pleasant. |

The item was shown as having free shipping. When you go through the checkout process you have $0.00 for shipping but you also have $2.95 for handling. This is not the first place I have ordered something and gotten free shipping but it is the first that gave me free shipping and a small handling charge. I still think I got a very good deal and probably would have bought them even if I had to pay shipping. I just thought that was a little cheesy. |

The product description on the product I bout is incorrect. The slim mount speakers I bought do not have the swivle mont tweeter feature that I was mislead to exsist on this speaker. If sending back was not so time consuming and a pain in the ass I would do it. At this point I will probally never bye here again for sake that the descriptions are not correct and fraudulent in there clames. |
