BUYERS BEWARE!!! Tech Sunny charged my CC on 14 Dec, 09 and today is 20 Jan, 10 and still haven"t received the Windows 7 I ordered. Their website is closed. They even gave me a confirmation # and a USPS tracking #. Google "Techsunny" and you'll see many more than I have lost a lot more than me. |

Never received my product. Days and days of calling (28 messages), faxing, emailing (all departments and Customer Service)-- with no response at all. My next recourse is to refute the charges via VISA. My order showed shipped & w/ a tracking #, however, it was never received at USPS. All they did was print the label and populate my order. |

Purchased the product, and on receiving, noted it looked cheap, fragile and not worth having. Tried it and found it did not function. Went to the site to initiate return, found I needed a UN and PW, which I did not get with purchase. Contacted customer support, they passed me to several contacts internally, often responding with a single "?" instead of any text reply. So far, after 5 emails over two weeks, no joy. Finally was able to get a UN and PW and tried to RMA my product and determined that I get to pay return shipment, can not get money back, only credit or replacement, and that if they determine based on testing that the product really works, I am committed to paying them $25 for the testing! What jerks. I will never EVER purchase anything from these swine again. |

Stay away from Techsunny. These people attempted to steal $31 dollars from me by placing an ad for Intel NICs that weren't in inventory, then keeping the money after I paid by Paypal. I contacted them 3x to get my refund and each time they said it's on it's way back to my Paypal acct. I ended up having to file a claim with Paypal. |

I ordered a Samsung All in One Printer and was uneasy about ordering refurbished condition at first. Customer service was great and professional, answered all my questions and product came sooner than I expected. Product was packed well and it looked and worked like a brand new printer. Saved hundreds of dollars, affordable price for a Laser Printer, great asset to my business, Highly Recommended. |

I'm a new customer with Acortech company and recently placed an order for Evercool NP-101 Notebook Cooler with 4 Fans. After some extensive time spend online trying to locate the best and not to expensive notebook cooler i stumbled upon their website. Not only they had cheapest price for the product i wanted, but the shipping was FREE as well. I mean you can't go wrong with that. And trust me, i'm a bargain hunter. I couldn't even get that price on Ebay, as i tried. They were so fast, they even processed my order not even an hour after i placed it, and send it out SAME DAY. I got it four days later. Now, how about that for a speed?! I also like the fact they have the option for buyers to pay with Paypal, wich i love!!!! The product i ordered is great, and as i had numerous other notebook coolers in the past, in my opinion this one is pretty great, especially for the price i paid. It has four fans and it's not loud. |

i placed a order on Dec. 27 and still haven't got my order and it already 10 days now going on 11+. I am very very very unhappy with how slow and unresponsive their company is. i even called and left a message and noone called me back. i will never do business with this company ever again. |

They took my order and it was not until I called because my order did not ship in the "usual" timeframe outlined on the site that they told me they sold out of my order. Then, we it did come in stock, they could not guarentee it would come in time for Christmas...this is AFTER I already paid for expedited shipping. Further, my order has not arrived and I just an additional $20 charge on my statement with no explination why. I will never, ever again do business with the company. Their customer service is awful and I am not the only one to feel this way, thier voicemail is too full for me to leave a message. DO NOT USE ACORTECH FOR ANY ONLINE PURCHASES. They will over bill you and not deliver your order. |

This was the worst online transaction I've ever experienced. The item (Generic 4-Port PS / 2 KVM Switch with Cables NET-HYK004) didn't have the capabilities that were stated in the ad. While attempting to return the item I encountered evasiveness, rudeness, and outright dishonesty. I purchased this item on 10/15/2006, it took them until 11/16/2006 to send me a RMA to return this item after 6 email contacts and 3 online chat contacts. It is now 12/1/2006 and I have yet to be refunded monies even though the item was returned days after I recieved the RMA (11/18/2006). When I attempted to log in to check status I found that there is no longer an account in my name. |
