Product as advertised and at a good price. However, I paid for 2-day delivery and got 3-day delivery. Ordered Sunday, Monday was President's Day. They chose to ship by USPS who, of course, didn't operate that day. UPS and Fedex did. Good thing I didn't really need it in two days, but I could have paid less for the same service. I admit this was kind of a fluke, and I would order from them again, but someone wasn't paying attention. |

Credit card charged and bogus tracking number provided (USPS confirms they never even received package 0180 5213 9073 6845 6390). No item ever received. Have enlisted the BBB to help recoup my money as customer service struggles with English. Buyer beware. |

Cables were shipped in a standard manila envelope with no padding or protection. Pins were bent on both cables, but were fixable. Should have been sent in some type of box inside the envelope to protect the cables. Shipping time frame was excellent and price was very good. |

Their shipping is extremely fast, however beyond that they are a joke/borderline fraud. They sent me a product in a damaged box and the product was damaged. When I got the replacement, they simply replaced the damaged piece with a used one and resealed the box and sent it back. Their customer service is a complete hoax. That is to say there is NONE. Their phone is always busy or they never pick it up. They are IMPOSSIBLE to contact! |

Ordered an Euro external enclosure (listed $36+free shipping) but got a Bytecc one(listed $27+$5 shipping). Called customer service several times. Only choices given were to return item on my own cost (and I wouldn't even get the ordered item since it's now OUT OF STOCK!), or to keep the item with $4 refund on the difference. To me, they either tried to sell stuff using this kind of tricks, or would rather let customers pay for their mistakes. Besides, their CS staff was impatient and rude. |

Ordered a computer case and dvd rom drive which both arrived in damaged condition. Now, about 1 1/2 months later, I am still trying to send back the damaged equipment because they are having problems getting a return label to me. Customer support is aweful and they aren't very friendly either. I must admit they have good prices, but I will probably shop elsewhere next time even if it means paying a little extra. |
