I had to double check I was on right site !!. (Old one had got a bit slow) Transaction was straight forward and I even got Free Delivery within 2 days well before their stated time. However I have found that the aftersales service is extremely poor, and I now only use Tekheads when there are no other options. Tuesday, late morning and my order arrived, all complete and all as purchased!! Great value prices too people so check this company out first! Many thanks Tekheads!!! Ordered just before the cut-off time at 5:30pm, selected the most basic delivery option(City-link) and my package (processor, ram, hard disks, cd drive, chassis, motherboard, gfx card, etc) arrived at 9am the very next day! All in all a very neat and easy to use product And VERY good service from Tekheads	Overall Rating

Then I could walk into their warehouse and get what I wanted sameday. Now they have moved, if anything the service has improved, albe it with a 2 day lead time, but thats forgivable as they are now in Lincoln. I would recommend Tekheads for anytihng you need. To summarise, if you have any king of problem with Tekheads and you are not sure if the advice you have been given is correct, contact the manufacturer direct and/or Trading Standards. I did and the impossible became possible and I even got a 10% discount from the manufacturer (in this case Samsung) as part of their customer service deal.	Overall Rating

Having recently purchased a laptop from them with a 30 day trial of microsoft office, I enquired as to how I upgraded to the full office package. I was instructed to purchase an OEM licence and provided with a link showing a number of different licences. I purchased a licence which does not work with the laptop purchased, however I was not informed by Tekheads that I needed to purchase a particular licence. I have attempted to contact customer services for 9 days now, but have not received a reply to date.	Overall Rating

I also had to set my post code when I first viewed my basket to pay, yet this did nothing as I had to enter it later with my whole address. The website was very slow, and I tested other sites to make sure it wasn't my connection. The prices and delivery dates were well shown though	Overall Rating
