The credit card form has all fields with the same width with titles so far from the fields it is difficult to know which field is which ( I am viewing in firefox on a screen with 1280 by 1024 resolution). I had a querie with the product which I emailed about but was blocked as it came from a different email address. Emailed again from my account email and received no response. Called & left message and have still heard nothing. Overall experience has been disappointing due to poor customer service. Wanted to know if OEM Win xp would be shipped without hardware, as many places will only ship with small piece of hardware, eg a fan, so tried MSN messenger as site advised - contact offline! Phone was answered but sales person did not seem to understand my question and I was cut off while waiting for him to check. However, I ordered anyway and the item arrived two days later - two days before I was expecting it to arrive. Brilliant!	Overall Rating
