They are a great company e-mails are answered within 2 hours and they have humans on the end of the phone. Tekheads are the best online e-tailer out there, o and they are cheap!	Overall Rating

Emails and calls were not returned :-( Eventually found out credit card details were wrong (problem ticket displayed on website). Once corrected however, order arrived quickly and well packaged. I ordered an AMD processor on 03/05/06 and received it the following day using their standard 72hr service, can't ask for more than that! Short email to their customer service and less than two hours received an apology email with promise to send the second piece (ordered two pieces and received one) next day and as promised, the other piece was with me the next day before 10 am. Each time I clicked on the price match button it asked me to login, so I did, and the next time I tried this, the same thing happened. I tried using different browsers with the same reaction (cookies ARE enabled). I then sent an e-mail about this with full details of my price match, and after no reply for over 7 hours, I rang and someone said that this was being looked into but couldn't answer as to why it was taking so long. Ideas/thoughs-- nice when i can see the price including shipping on the item page . would have purchased more items at same time if discount shipping but i understand that your shipping cost are very low anyway i think a larger banner on home page would pull more people in ie low cost shipping ,i`m just a shopper but i know what i like ,i will recomend TH and use again.
