It took a long time to receive the order. Tracking information was difficult to obtain. The company had good follow through when contacted. I would buy again, but not for something I needed quickly... |

Got wrong info on product compatibility.....had to send me another updated version....then charged me for the overnight....I didnt mind paying the differents but not a second overnight charge due to their mistake.....?? still not resolved yet..... someone is suppose to get back to me ......?? still waiting.....???? |

My shopping experience was great and would for sure use this vendor again. The only issue that I had was that my order status never updated so I had to call to find out if the order even went through. On the call I was told that everything was fine and in fact the parts were going to be delivered the next day. That made from the time I purchased to the date of delivery less than 7 days with their free shipping. So all in all I liked the vendor and liked their service, even when I had to call in they were very nice and knowledgeable, and will use them again in the future. They just need to get some IT people to look at that website for them. |
