Poor Customer Service

Strengths:

Cheap priced

Weaknesses:

Lid does not lock(so the ball will spill out in the car)

Posted 5 months ago - Before purchasing this product or any product from Eagnas do yourself a favor and review this video. You will find that the customer service is little to be desired. As a matter fact, I return the product to them and have not gotten any credit on my credit card as of today. From day one I was received a bad service from the owner/manager. Please go to Youtube and search for "Eagnas" and you will see the video of their customer service.
