Despite being told I would only be charged if the product was in stock and shipped, I was charged anyway for the full order. I was immediately called and informed half the order was "difficult"...I appreciated that quick response and was okay with waiting reassured I would be called back the following day. 4 days went by with no communication, after that I called two days in a row and was told they needed to recalculate the shipping (it went from $70 to around $700). At this point I requested a refund and cancelled that part of the order. I am still waiting for the refund and it has been over a week. Luckily the other half of the order arrived recently in great condition. If your order is in ANY way complicated or a large order, I highly recommend looking elsewhere or at least calling first. Customer service is polite but seems unorganized and tends to over promise.	Overall Rating
