They never responded back. I then contacted them on the phone and was told that the order somehow was missed and would be sent immediately. I waited 2 more weeks without receiving it and again attempted to contact them through email without a response. I submitted a request to Paypal for assistance and immediately got a email from Pricegrabber showing a resended charge, which I have not received as of this seller review. I do not recommend buying from this seller due to the poor customer service response and the fact that I never received my order after a month. Update: I am upgrading my review to a 3 due to the fact that I feel Price Grabber is somewhat to blame for the order not being placed correctly, but I still feel that the problem should have been corrected by the seller after I contacted them on the phone and they acknowledged the error.
