The ATTENTION is careful Bought Canon EOS 60D D-SLR Camera Body In the first long sent and in the second when has opened a box it it has appeared empty. Already whole month can't solve my problem. I am very disappointed by shop and is insulting to tears. Therefore be vigilant and careful. |

Repeatedly lousy customer service over a CF card that hasn't arrived. (THey also repeatedly send emails trying to sell you an extended warranty, which I fear is the real reason the goods haven't arrives; because I didn't take the warranty!) Sounding more & more like a scam after nearly a month waiting. AVOID |

After ordering online, I received a call letting me know my order was placed and my item would ship the following day. The item shipped FedEx ground the next day as promised and I received a notification with tracking number. I received the item in perfect condition 5 days later. Excellent! |

I have always gotten a good price and quick shipping for all equipment purchased from theimagingworld.com. No gray market equipment, everything with USA warranty. The staff is knowledgeable to suggest equipment to meet needs. My latest purchases are Canon EOS-40D, 100-400mm, 70-300mm, 300mm f/4, 17-40mm, 24-70mm, fisheye... The sales person (Joel) is always very helpful and courteous.. Because of him I will definitely be shopping with theimagingworld.com again! |

I purchased well over $4K of Canon equipment from The Imaging World in December 2007. My homework showed they had the best prices for an authorized Canon dealer. They were very helpful and did not try to up sale me at all. They worked with me on shipping arrangements and costs. The equipment arrived in one shipment when promised and in perfect condition – all with US warranties. I will definitely shop here again and have recommended this merchant to others. |

The product was listed as in stock on the web site but I got an email later telling me that it was not in stock. They did offer to hold the order until the item was in stock again, but there was no approximate time frame given. The order was canceled with no problems. |

To be frank, the price in this store is the lowest in US. The seller responded fast and politely. I have ordered several Canon/Nikon/Pentax lens for my friends and me, everytime they arrive on time in a well packed parcel. Will shop here again! Highly recommanded! |

Price on price grabber was $20 lower than on website. Still the lowest price, but they wouldn't honor price grabber price. Said it was a mistake. Very nice though. They do not ship the product until they talk to you. A little bit of a pain, but I fully understand why. I WOULD DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!! |

(Edited November 13th by jp6232) ImagingWorld had the best price on the Canon 40D and the website said right up front that it was a USA model with US warranty...which I trusted because they also said they are an authorized Canon dealer. I researched ImagingWorld on the net and found only a few reviews, but all good. I ordered and next day I received a call confirming my order. The caller was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and there was no sales pitch...he really just wanted to make sure the order was correct and to verify the shipping address. The order arrived promptly and the camera is indeed a US model and everything is in order. Overall, this was an excellent experience...and I'm quite a veteran web shopper. Give these guys a try...I think you'll be surprised. They may not have as many reviews as some of the other stores, but from my experience they're honest, efficient and of course very price competitive. |
