the imaging world is my favorite store for digital cameras. everyone out there has pretty much the same prices, but the customer service always differs. at imaging world you talk to real people not machines. they are very knowlegdable and provide a fast and professional experience. highly recommended! |

My experience with this company was outstanding. After placing the order, I was contacted to see if I wanted to have a better shipping option. The customer service was one of the best I have experienced, ever. Helpful, courteous and follow-up was above any expectations. I have already recommended this company to my organization and friends. I will certainly continue to do business with this company. We usually have trouble getting shipments to Alaska, but this company went above and beyond to make sure we received our order, and the prices were very competitive. |

I bought a Canon 17-55mm f2.8 IS lens from The Imaging World. I needed the lens for an assignment -- customer service called to clarify a shipping/billing address issue with Visa so that the order could be processed ASAP. The lens shipped quickly and arrived as described. I appreciated the proactive effort to resolve my shipping issue. It was nice to talk to a real person who took the time to sort out the problem and make sure the order was fulfilled in a timely fashion. |

Some companies just push product out the door and give no service at all. Imaging world delivered both the product I wanted AND great service when I had to make an exchange. This level of service from an internet source is a pleasant surprise, and I would recommend them to anyone. |

I have purchased a Nikon D200 and a few lenses from The Imaging World. To get brand-new, unopened, USA gear that qualifies for all warranties, including the 5-year lens warranty from Nikon from an authorized Nikon dealer, as well as a Nikon extended warranty on the camera body is a high priority for me. The peace of mind is well worth the typically incremental difference in price. The service has been professional and personal; any extras offered were top quality at equally competitive prices. |

Very good experience. They were one of the few vendors to have the Nikon SB-600 I ordered in stock. As a bonus, they had it at a great price as well. The outside of the flash box had a few minimal surface scratches which may have been from shifting in the shipping box or even sliding on shelving. If that is the only possible complaint I can come up with, obviously they do A great job... |

I just bought a Canon EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 lens from the imaging world and had a very pleasant experience. They offer the best price for the item (with US warrenty). They carefully wrapped the item in the package. The shipping was fast (I got it in two days with regular shipping). When placing my orders, I sent two orders by accident. They called me to verify the order and the issue was resolved right over the phone. |

Ordered a camera from here with 3-5 day shipping at night. got a call from them the next day, and 3 business days later, the camera was here. I live in California and these guys are in New York, so nobody else should have any problems with getting the stuff on time. Highly recommended |

I had a good experience with them. Though a different model camera was sent by accident. They immediately agreed to resend the right one and set up a pick up for the other one. Agreeable and easy to work with, though i made some things complicated. |

While I still had to do a phone confirmation of the order, it was fast, straight forward and without any high pressure hassles to sell you more accessories. I liked that although when I first got the phone call for confirmation I was suspicious. Guy was sincere sounding. I would recommend buying from them. |

At first I was hasitate ordering from them due to low number of reviews. After checking with their excellent ebay feedbacks, I bit the bullet and ordered my Canon 70-200 F4 IS lens from them as they gave the lowest price. The package came couple of days ahead of schedule for regular shipping. The lens is a genuine Canon USA warranty. I know this because I took it a canon service center to calibrate it. Highly recommended. |

Ordered Canon 30D with 17-85 lens kit on Sunday night. Got a confirmation call from Joel on Monday with no pressure to purchase accessories. Chose 3 day shipping. Not only did this store have the best price and legit non-grey product, but the confirmation call I got was courteous and non-pressuring, unlike other stores I have shopped from. I would highly recommend this store, and will be shopping here again myself. |

I m italian and live in Florence, so I asked them to send the zoom to my friend in USA. They did not have any problems to send the zoom and the delivery was very fast even if i choose by ground, only 4 days. The best price on the net even if you check other famous shops like B&H and moreover the zoom was in stock!! And the zoom was the Nikon 18-200 VR II...Really tutto bello!! |

The ordering was easy, but the lens is out of stock. Nothing during the ordering process stated that it was out of stock, only the initial PriceGrabber page showed this. Even the shipping options notes did not show this fact, and therefore they implied the lens will arrive before it really will. Almost all the other merchants listed on PriceGrabber show this lens as being in stock. But this merchant does have the lowest price, so it makes sense they would run out first! Before ordering, I called and was told more should arrive in 2-3 days. I am making this purchase assuming that is true. |
