Placed order online 6 weeks ago. No reponse to phone calls & emails EVER received from thie "vendor." Have to contact PayPal to get refund. Their website should be shut down as there's nobody home. Buyers BEWARE, Click on the site verification symbol in lower left corner (they can't verify authenticity of this site!!!) |

Despite multiple attempts to reach the seller about the purchase (voicemail, email, website contact link, PayPal dispute opened), I received zero response and nearly three weeks later, have neither my item nor any idea of/when it might get to me, or I might get a refund. EXCEPTIONALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Definitely NOT worth the savings supposedly on offer. |
