Old fashion customer service would be nice. If a customer calls inquiring about an order placed don't just give them a number to call, actually do something to help your customer like actually make a call on their behalf. I know that sounds crazy but that is what customer service is all about helping the customer. Have you ever heard of the sales term "repeat customer" well that is what you do not have in this case. Why, real simple I contracted your company to provide me with a printer I was told it would be here 2-2-2012 didn't happen. My office manager called on Friday 2-3-2012 and whomever she spoke with was less than accommodating. So I the owner decided to call and check on the printer and was given a tracking number and phone number to call and check on it myself. That is why I called you clowns to check on it for me. As it turns out after calling three different places I found out it may get my printer this week. Anyway I am sure it does not matter to the person I talk Retailer Response (02/29/2012): Wow! Printer (150lb box) plus 4 spare toners were ordered Monday 1/30 and all delivered safely by Thursday 2/2, which is three business days, with FREE ground shipping . All at the lowest possible prices available on the planet. The shipping company trying to deliver a big box to you may have questions or need directions only you can provide. We can only imagine what our score would have been if we had actually done something wrong here. Angry rants, though cathartic, should not be shared generally until one is in a more thoughtful state.
