The only negative feedback is the lack of printer cartridges on the web site for the printers you sell. You should at least stock the ones for your printers. Thanks, JP. Retailer Response (07/05/2005): We do actually stock all the supplies for the printers that we sell. They are on the same web page as the printer but you will miss them if you do not scroll down. We will try and make the supplies easier to find on our web site. |

Everytime you navigate to a page of "secure and unsecure items" you have to click Yes TWICE. First time doesn't get through. Maybe my system, but there were a LOT of places in this order process that I recieved that warning. Not a problem, except that it was OVER and OVER and that I had to accept TWICE each time. The website is too wide for my computer screen, making it necessary to move the viewing screen after every page. This is merely an annoyance, but should be changed to make the buying experience better. As a retired website designer, I know this can be easily done. |

FedEx had to deliver twice since they sent no lift gate on first. Otherwise, Great printer, and very knowlegeable and helpful staff. Would be happy to recommend them any time. |
