Excellent, friendly service. They made the experience of having to rent a projector at the last minute very quick and easy. I had the projector for 5 days and was only charged for the day I actually used it. I would definitely use them again. |

I was a bit nervous ordering from the projector pro's for the fist time, they had such a great deal on the Mitsubishi projector I wanted, I figured it was to good to be true. A day later all those fears were squelched when I received a phone call from them.. The rep that called me was "just checking in" to let me know that I could save money on shipping by picking up the projector myself. He wasn't sure if I realized they were based so close to where I live. He was very friendly and thorough, and while we were working out my walk in pickup, he gave me some welcome caveats of getting items shipped to a different address than my billing. I would absolutely recommend others to this vendor, they were fast courteous and the projector I bought was the real deal. Refurbished, but in mint condition, beautiful HD picture. I couldn't be happier with the way this purchase went. |

I was thoroughly impressed by their communication and willingness to take me through every step of the way. I had no knowledge of what I was going for technically (even though I use a projector in my classroom), and they clued me in without any impatience. They made suggestions and when I decided on a different screen from another company (for a very strange wall) they guided me all the way. When ever I called back (and I called back often!) I felt like I was talking to a friend. Shipping was extremely fast, even though I went for a slow ship. A definite recommend! |

These guys are great! I initially looked for a Panasonic projector which they were ready to ship, but after speaking with one of their salespeople, I settled on a Mitubishi, which I love. He was not at all pushy, but made a suggestion that made sense. I researched it, looked around and saw that they had a very good price. Very professional service and prompt shipping, to boot! |

I had never used them before but was pleased we did. Item shipped quickly and the second item was drop shipped and we were kept informed. Good contact emails as well. I would order form them again. |
