From the simple, but aesthetically pleasing website to the excellent customer service I received over the phone and thru e-mail my TV stand order process was flawless. The carrier they selected to ship my LCD TV stand was well selected, conscious of my time, and prompt. No damage to the item, or even the box as it was wrapped in a layer or two of bubble wrap! I ended up e-mailing with the owner of the site; I always appreciate management rolling up their sleeves and getting involved. I am very impressed with the quality of the site and items they have for sale, especially in regards to how little time they have been in business. From the time I placed my order until my concealed damage claim was expedited, it was a wonderful transaction. I was kept informed of my order by e-mail and phone calls. The delivery company was great and just as described on bringing the package in the house. The delivery guy would not let us help. I did have concealed damage of a broken glass door that was not found until we unboxed the stand. I got on the phone and gave the information to Jay and he said he would take care of the problem as promptly as possible. He did not lie about that. I recieved phone calls and e-mails tracking the progress until it was resolved. Boy, The Simple TV Stand Store made me feel like I mattered! Not only will I buy from them again, I will also tell any and everyone what a great store this is! Even my handyman and his helper were remarking how solid the stand I bought was made, right down to the hardware. It looks awesome too! I am so happy to finally have an attractive way to store my DVDs and CDs. The color on the web site was very accurate and it matches my fireplace perfect!
