I almost did not buy from The Toy Hunt despite its low prices because of the bad reviews. But decided to chance it because I would save 50%. It was worth it! I had NO problems! The Toy Hunt has a bad rep for no reason. Overall Rating

I used regular ground shipping and can not believe how fast I received my order! 2 days after placing the order, it's here! I would definitely recommend The Toy Hunt to a friend! Overall Rating

My experience was terrible. I'm sorry I didn't read reviews more closely before buying from The Toy Hunt. They didn't notify me that they didn't ship part of my order. They didn't even put a backorder notice or credit notice in the package. I think they figured I might not notice and could get away with charging for items not delivered. By the time the package arrived, it was too late to get the missing items in time for my son's birthday party. Their customer service is awful. I called and emailed and was completely ignored for a week. They finally issued a credit for the unshipped merchandise, but the damage they did to my son's party and wasting my time trying to reach them was worth too much to me to ever waste my money with their crappy company again. Their shipping rates are WAY too high as well. Don't waste your money with them. Find a decent store to shop. Overall Rating

Although I received (most of) my order quickly, I realized as I was getting the invites ready to go (I purchased the shells from them) that they shortchanged me by 10. I immediately emailed and asked them to overnight the missing envelopes to me so that I could get them in the mail. He (Tim Simpson) apologized for the mistake, but said that it's not their policy to overnight items in this case, and that they'd send them regular mail. I asked him of he could please ask his manager to OK it, since the mistake was on their end, and he told me that he's the OWNER and that it's not their company's policy to do so! Well, who the heck wrote the policy, Tim? I believe, as the owner, you could've made good on this one. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Overall Rating

I e-mailed this company before placing my order because #1- I read a lot of bad reviews online #2 I needed my item by Friday, and it was a Monday. I received an e-mail within a few hours telling me the items I was interested in were in stock (I had asked in my e-mail) and that I should put a comment at the end of my order letting them know I would like my item by Friday if at all possible. The next day my items were shipped and I did receive them in the mail by Friday. I also included in my e-mail that I was hesitant to order from them because of all the bad reviews I had read online and told them if I did receive my order on time, I would write good reviews on the sites I had read the bad reviews on. So here I am. Overall Rating

I would not purchase again from this company! I placed my original order 7 weeks prior to my daughter's birthday thinking it was enough time. I first received defective invitation, then after paying to ship them back myself I received THANK YOU CARDS instead of invitations. I'm a week away from the party with nothing. They didn't say sorry or offer to express ship it to me. When I asked them to do that because they made the error twice they told me they couldn't afford to do that. Overall Rating
