The interface is clean and easy to use. Purchases are simple. I was referred to the site based on a price search from C-Net. The shipping costs were not exactly the same between the sites, but they were close enough. They had the best price for my product. |

I ordered an item with priority shipping on Sunday 11/28 because I had to have it by that Friday. Priority shipping was listed as 2-4 days so if it was shipped on Monday, I would definitely have it by Friday. I got a notice on Tuesday 11/30 that my item was shipped so that means they waited two days to ship my order and now it may not arrive by Friday. Priority shipping orders should not be sat on for a day or you should be told up front that it may take two days to ship your order. I am very dissatisfied! |

Went to cnet.com to check reviews and prices. Found the best price was with The Upgrade Place and was pleasantly surprised that I had the option not to register with the merchant. Quick in and out process to order what I wanted and keep it moving. New Yawk Minute is my middle name. :-) |

My item was out of stock and I received an email from Donna in regard and an opportunity to cancel if I did not want to wait. It was shipped exactly on the day she said it would and I was very pleased with the overall result. |

The site was a little busy and the item displayed rather small, but ordering was easy and streamlined. I had a slight issue with a coupon code that I had used, but a representative called me and explained the issue fully and even called me back to let me know that the price had dropped. They charged me for the decreased price, not the one I had originally accepted. Very curteous. |

I am very disappointed. The items showed as in-stock; the merchant promised "fast shipping" ... and 48 hours after they charged my credit card, the order is just sitting in "Received" status. I purchased 2-day delivery so I needed the items this week. Useless now since they have not bothered to ship. This was the first time I tried The Upgrade Place, and probably the last. I will stick with my usual vendors in the future. |

Although I had to create an ID to put my order in the "cart", the rest was straight-forward. I ordered a 1G upgrade for my wife on the 6th and got it on the 9th. It works great, and was by far the best price I found on the net. If I had known the delivery would be that fast, I would have never wasted the gas trying to find the upgrade closer to home. Overall, and excellent transaction! |

The fastest and easiest on line service I have ever used. Sent an email to find out which notebook memory to buy and was answered within 15 minutes. Called back to the number provided and was immediately assisted in ordering over the phone and it is now about 3 hours later and my order has already shipped. WOW! |

I've delt with this company for over 4 years, wouldn't think of purchasing USB drives for our office from anyone else. The merchandise is the best quality, and the shipping/receiving of the merchandise is wonderful, I usually have it by 2 days. |
