I ordered from Theater Seat Store on a recommendation from a friend. Unfortunately, despite spending thousands of dollars with their company, I was treated horribly. My seats arrived 2 weeks later then the estimated delivery. I received the incorrect seats and worst of all, I was called a liar and was completely mistreated. I phoned in my order through a sales rep. I had a specific needs and was very clear on the seat configuration. The order confirmation did not specify the configuration of the seats. When my seats arrived (2 weeks late), they were not what I ordered. I called customer service and things really went down hill. I told the first rep what I had ordered and she said I was lying according to the order form. She then bounced me to another rep. This guy kept telling me that he would correct the problem. He dragged this out for weeks. Finally he told me that I was lying and his company would not replace the seat unless I paid a 20% restocking fee. Don't risk your mon |

Ordered these home theater seats for my new theater room and love the quality. The service from TheaterSeatStore was excellent from the knowledge of the sales staff to the delivery scheduling. Would have liked a smaller delivery window because i had to take off 4 hours to sit and wait for the delivery and of course they arrived at the end of the guideline. I would buy from then again. |

I ordered 2 theatre seats from the theatre store I was promised that I would receive the chairs within 10 days - the shipping was delayed because the chairs were on back-order and when the chairs arrived at the white glove facility it had a mark on the leather, they told me about it and gave me the option of having it delivered and fixed at their expense or having it fixed at the white glove facility and then shipped - I chose the latter. However it was repaired and communication was good. They let me know what was happening each step. I am ordering 2 additional chairs today. |
