There was a problem with the email notification on tracking the package, but I called them and they forward it. Package was received on schedule. I'm very satisfied w/ the purchase. BTW, I purchased this item to replace an xmas gift. I wanted to return the item and upgrade the purchase, but the restocking fee + s&h would have cost about $130. So I sold my gift on craigslist, made the money back, and made a straight purchase on the upgrade. I think there should be some sort of restocking fee waiver on an unopened gift return, especially since it's an exchange for another product of greater value. |

I great surprise because I didn't know the store. First time buying and my experience was excellent. Shipping super-fast, and many emails with reminders and order information, great communication. I wish the would have more variety of lenses, but I'll keep buying from them in a heart bit. |

I purchased an item that when recieved was of inferior quality than I expected -- especially for the price. I called to inquire about returning the item and was informed I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee -- in this case $66 plus shipping. When pressed they said they would lower the fee to $44 plus shipping. This is a ridiculously large amount of money to return an item and terrible customer service. In a very competitive online market, this is bad policy. I will never patronize this business again. |

If I would have Known that It was a " GREY ITEM' I would not have ordered the camera from them. Not having a ENGLISH booklett on the use, and not being able to register and have it repaired in the USA was not worth the money saved. Retailer Response (10/11/2010): Please be advised that this item was advertised as an Imported Model. In addition it did state that the user manual is on a CD and there is no warranty included. We did offer this customer the option of returning the camera for a refund. (If the camera was never used) |

Yes. Good price, good over the phone customer service. Biggest complaints are as follows: Camera does not included printed instructions/user guide (I can get it online, but I don't want to print out a 100+ page document on my tiny little home printer). Gotta include that. Return policy is weak (I know that's a trade off for low prices). Seven days, not enough time to figure out if I like the camera or not, ESPECIALLY since I called and was willing to do an exchange (and pay the difference)- I didn't even want a full refund. Having a more generous refund/exchange policy would be nice. Thanks. |

I had to call to confirm a different shipping address from the billing address, but a real person answered the phone and was very helpful and efficient.
