TheCameraBox answered very quickly on my emailed questions. The answers were very professional. The only one thing was that I had to pay via paypal - I created an account over there for that transaction only at the moment. It took a lot of time and the time was very critical for my. TheCameraBox has sent the lens immediately after paypal confirmation, so it arrived just on time in o my hands. I am really happy with my experience with The Camera Box. |

First time I've used your site so I will hold coments until I get the item. You could look at UPS for international shipping as my experience is that they can be cheaper than the postal service and you get tracking info. Thanks Andrew |

Beware of this company. They will not represent the some products properly. They sold me some grey market (Items not intended to be sold in the USA) Nikon binoculars. I went back and forth trying to send them back and they would never take them back. Went to the BBB and they would never get back to them either. Worst internet company ever!!!! Retailer Response (02/28/2008): Sorry, our return policy states that you may only return it within the first 10 days and that every return has a minimum of 15% restocking fee. |

Had a problem with shipping box when checked it said ship to MARYLAND instead of MASSACHUSSETTES. Called the Phone number and the person I talked to was extremely helpful. I strongly look forwardto doing more buiness with the Camera Box again! I was told the shipment would take 2 to 3 days and was suprised when I received it the next day at no additional cost. GREAT PLACE TO DO BUINESS, I"LL DEFINETLY BE BACK. |

I would like to receive an email to confirm the order then an email when it has been shipped with mention of the carrier and of the tracking number. I ordered Thursday afternoon December 13.
There was a snafu (not my doing) with my credit card number which was communicated to me via email on Friday morning. The Camera Box customer support ceases operation Friday 12:00 PM EST. Being on the West coast I could not react before the next monday afternoon (EST). I could not get the camera before Christmas. Too bad. Retailer Response (12/31/2007): Order was placed on 12/13. Email was sent to buyer on 12/13 that he provided us with a wrong card number- invalid card number. Buyer fixed card number on 12/18 and shipped it out on the same day. |

I was worried the item may be a knock off or not what I wanted because the price was so low. The item arrived on time and was exactly what I ordered. They sent the proper e-mails to confirm the order and updade the order status during shipping. The billing was done correctly. I will order from this site again. |
