We called the credit card company and they could not verify the "ship to" address. We reversed the transaction. We ONLY ship to billing address and shipp to addresses that can be confirmed. However, I received very little interaction and not a lot of interaction during the shipping process - not 1 email with a tracking number - but I did get a phone call on ship date from HD Guys & from the shipping co. when the unit was ready to ship. Ultimate I received the TV and a $35 rebate....I would e NEVER buy a product from HDGuys again. TheHDGuys's Response: We gave this customer the refund AND a free tilt wall mount. The ship to address was different then the billing address and the customer took "2" weeks to get back to us. This was not our fault but we will strive to try harder.	Overall Rating

I called them numerous times thru an 8 business day period to just ship the item I paid for. Then came the Thanksgiving holidays. I was refunded right before Thanksgiving and agreed to talk with them after Thanksgiving to try again on my item. I had to call them 3-4 times the Monady after the holidays and when told I would be called back I heard nothing from them. I was very patient but nothing positve back from them.
