The order was to be shipped out that day....when no tracking # was available, my wife called back...it seems as though the order was never placed at the warehouse...The new customer service rep said he would take off the shipping charges and would send me a tracking # immediately, which he did....do not know how item is being shipped...will track both UPS & FEDX asap ...will let you know the results... The unit I purchased is too big. I am shocked that neither you nor Sony will provide decent customer service and take this back. I will never do business with you again and will be sure and spread the word around. Since the unit I purchased in nonreturnable by you and Sony, the least you could do is provide the unit dimensions on the product description page.	Overall Rating
