gm from unknown Member Since: 11/04/2009 View Member's: Reviews	so far i have not received my merchandise so my opinion is somewhat up in the air. the price of my item was very good. i was somewhat annoyed that the email containing my tracking info did not have a link to the tracking webpage of the shipper. i was also somewhat alarmed that placing the order triggered a fraud alert on my credit card and processing the order was delayed until i spoke with the credit card company directly on the phone. the delivery part of the process was excellent. if that is their regular delivery, the upgraded delivery must really be something special. No local merchants had the product in stock and I needed to place an on-line order over the weekend. Though I was concerned about not being able to speak directly with a salesperson, I took a chance with The Nerds based on their ratings. I was not disappointed! The product was obviously in stock (as indicated on their site), showed up quicker than expected and, though I had to pay for shipping, they had a weekend deal and the total cost was less than the same item at other sites with free shipping. The only flaw in your service--and it's a big one--is that it is impossible to track packages through your web site. I've placed three orders with you, and each order gives me the same no-information page when I go to tracking. I've been waiting on one order for 2 weeks, and I just found out today that the shipper shipped it back because they tried twice to deliver it when I wasn't here. However, they only left one note letting me know they tried to ship it. They also said they would make 3 attempts before giving up, and they only made 2. All along I was wishing I had some visibility to the shipping date, so I could specifically plan to be in the office on the day the delivery was coming. To make matters even more confusing, the order was split into 2 shipments. I got one of them and thought that was the shipment I'd missed and received	Overall Rating

Fed Ex shows it was delivered but I do not have the package yet. Fed EX is the worst freight company in the world. As you might can tell this is not my first dealings with them.
