They stated they would contact me within 15 business days regarding my query and never did. Then made me hold for 10 minutes only to say that my request was refused. They reversed decision, then wanted 30% restocking fee. After paying $10 shipping, might as well keep $90 phone. Had ordered previously from them. Will not use this company again.Their sales and refund policies are UNACCEPTABLE.	Overall Rating

They ordered a replacement for me. After another 2 weeks, the screen was delivered but was completely destroyed so we refused delivery. The screen was reordered for the third time. After a month, I got an email from Amazon informing me that they would be refunding me - the third screen also was destroyed and returned to Amazon by the shipper!! While internet shopping for another vendor, I came across TheNerds.net and decided to take a chance. To my absolute delight, my screen arrived today, 40 hours after I placed the order! Yes, 40 hours! AND,I live in a remote area of central Wisconsin!I haven't taken it out of the box yet, but there is not even a hint of damage to the box! To top it off, I got in on a special when I ordered, and only paid $5.00 for shipping a 150-inch projector screen.THANK	Overall Rating

They were very unprofessional and really could careless and calling FedEx for help was useless because they look at FedEx Ground as a separate entity and were basically like you get what you pay for.
