And the other thing was I was given a shipping number for FedEx that was no good and I really needed to know where the package was and how soon I'd get it. I contacted the company and was credited $3.99 for the Rush fee I had paid and $10 towards the shipping. I was told that I would receive it the next day. Well it was NOT delivered the next day either! UPS tracking information showed that the company sent it out ground not overnight. I attempted to talk to the "Manager" and was transferred to his voice mail...he would not pick up the telephone. Each time I would call back to talk to him live, I was hung up on! POOR SERVICE! TheNerds.net used USPS which did not use a signature for proof of delivery. USPS is telling TheNerds.net that my package has been delivered, yet it is not here and has not been delivered. TheNerds.net only response is to file a claim with USPS, which could take up to 30 days. Meanwhile, I will still be without my product unless it "shows" up. I WAS a new customer and had enjoyed shopping here, but I will never again based on the issues I've had with a simple $50 order.	Overall Rating
