Ordered an Asian American Garmin nĂ¼vi 660. I initially called customer service to confirm that the product was actually the Asian American version I was looking to buy, but I was told that all I had was whatever was on the product page, which wasn't very helpful. There wasn't a hint about this being the right version except for one appearance of Asia. However, the time it took to process and ship the order out was very short. The product arrived with the correct version that pricegrabber led me to believe they had. Overall, satisfactory. |

I am extremely unsatisfied with the service I recieved from this company. I ordered my item two days ago and I am still waiting for it. I specifically said I needed it overnight and it wasn't sent overnight. Then they said they couldnt refund the money I spent on overnight shipping. In my fast paced IT job, I need quick and reliable service for ordered parts and they couldnt deliver. So I will not go with this company again and I would not recommend them to anyone else. |

Misrepresented the product. It was not as advertised. I needed to send it back twice and then for a full refund. Be careful you are sure what you have ordered. Ordered Mobi Skin and they sent some no-name twice. |

Ordering process is horribly confused and sets the customer up for errors. This idiot-proved, monkey-designed, bunch-of-crap ordering system completed processing on my order by including the shipping & handling and DELETED THE ITEM! To make matters worse, the "procedure" for cancelling an order does not work! Since it is Sunday, I will need to phone the company offices tomorrow morning (Monday) to have the erroneous charges reversed off of my credit card. This pig is "Defective-by-Design"! |

Ordered 2 desks, one of which came damaged. Took 5 phone calls to get them to pick up damaged item, then asked to have replacement sent before waiting for pickup of damaged item. They charged me for 2 new desks instead of one, and now I can't get anyone on the phone to reverse the charges. Do not use this seller. They are not responsive and not organized! |

I ordered an Asus notebook from TheNerds.com (according to the site, it was in stock at the moment), paid with my CC (billing and shipping addresses were the same), and then received an email that I should contact their verification department to confirm the order. The next day I made a phone call to the VD guy, he asked my address again, asked what bank issued my CC, then asked from what phone # I called - although I called from my cell phone that I specified in the order, their system showed some other phone #. The next day I sent them a copy of my DL. And since that moment there were no resonses from them, even I emailed them a couple of times (both the VD guy and the CS). My order had a 'pending' status in my account on their site, and the notebook item was marked as 'out of stock'. In several days I canceled the order, and received the confirming email, although the charge is still among pending on my CC. Also, their web-site is buggy under the Firefox browser. |

(Edited July 02nd by jimmm) I urgently needed a toner cartridge for my laser printer. The Nerds website said several were in stock and I ordered one for about $100. The next day I got an email saying they didn't have any. They had charged my credit card anyway. It took 3-4 weeks and repeated calls to get the refund. It should be illegal to take payment for an item before it has been shipped, and certainly before verifying they have any to sell. Apparently they can take the money instantly, but can't refund it for weeks. |

The Nerds has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. To begin with, they shipped my product to the wrong address. When I called them for assistance, I was told they'd investigate it and call back, never to hear from them. I had to call UPS myself and resolve the issue. Secondly, they had a relationship with a company called Assurz to process returns. If you paid a fee, one was supposed to be able to return items in 90 days for a full refund. As the item did not meet my specifications, I returned the item, received an email acknowledging my return and informing me I would receive a check within 10 days. More than 1 1/2 month and a zillion phone calls later, I have not received my check. The Nerds informed me that Assurz has now gone out of business, yet they refuse to help me by crediting my purchase. They act as if they no longer have any responsibility, although my purchase and return agreement was through The Nerds. I have finally ended up disputing the charge on my credit card. |
