(1) Didn't like the process of applying discount codes... would like to be able to see whether codes work before actually placing the order. (Like... enter a code, press "Update" or something, and see whether it worked.) (2) The "Order Verification" email i received had this... "We will not be able to ship your order until we here from you." ("here" should be "hear"). Obviously a nit, but wasn't too impressed overall with the order process / lack of confirmation, so seeing that mistake soured me more i guess. (3) Got a "tracking info" email that said all packages can be tracked with either UPS or FedEx. My tracking number didn't show with either. Maybe i did something wrong. Got my TV today, haven't opened it yet. The one positive was definitely the price! Lowest i could find.	Overall Rating

Only the headset arrived. When I called, I was told that the photo should not show the base unit, as this was only for a spare headset. This is bad customer service, and I'm probably not going to order from you again. I really needed the scanner in question as soon as possible, but I feel like you should be able to ship every order the same day, regardless of whether or not the customer expedites it. A better solution would be to post a deadline by which orders have to be in to ship today, with a guarantee that they'll ship tomorrow if you can't get them out same day. Thanks!	Overall Rating
