They shipped it UPS which is much more reliable than USPS and they delivered it to my door in 3 days. I could not ask for any better service! I would definitely recommend this merchant to anyone. I changed my mind after I placed the order and they said refused shipment will cause me double the shipping charge, even though they said they will not provide proof that they paid for the return shipping. I shipped them back the item unopened in their box and they still charged me the "mandatory" 20% restocking fee. How do you restock an item when it is unopened and sealed? Bottom line is I will never buy from thethievesgroup.com. I would much rather spend a little more with someone with better customer service.	Overall Rating

We received as orered the RCA sytsem, but in May we tried to return the RCA because it it so faulty that our clients complaint about echo and not to understand us. Because we did not save the boxes and the 30 day guaranty it could not be returned. The product has a warranty of 3 years. Result, we have to take legal action vs. RCA, but expected that the Twistergroup avoids this and delivers a Panasonic which we have now and it works. Service not acceptable even if legal. Retailer Response (04/24/2008): Wrong address was intentionally entered by the buyer: 3262 e thousand oaks blvd # 206, thousand oaks, CA 91320 The payment was made through Google Checkout which declines seller protection if shipment was sent to any address different than provided by Google. I placed an order via Buy.com which was cancelled 18 minutes later. Cancellation noticed was received and confirmed by Buy.com. Twister Group claimed they did not sell through Buy.com and "had never heard of them" and further claimed they had not received the cancellation notice and attempted to force me to complete the transaction. I do not recomend this merchant. Retailer Response (04/24/2008): Complete misrepresentation. We NEVER claimed that we don\\\'t sell through Buy.com. The order was NEVER cancelled. Rather the buyer simply sent a message to Google requesting cancellation. We have never received any cancellation request so order was shipped promptly (FedEx 102330471643947). Now here comes buyer\'s rudeness from his last message: Your ridiculous claim that you never received our email is not our problem. We bought this though your obvious relationship with buy.com and notice to your retailer constitutes notice to you. Send the product if you must but we will not be accepting it or paying for it. If you choose to extend your ridiculous claim further my next step will be to file a claim for fraud with Chicago Consumer Affairs. Now this is a matter of principal.	Overall Rating

There's this minor nuisance about faxing over a signed agreement (proving your awareness that said product comes from an unauthorized dealer and therefore has no warranty or refundability), but I personally felt it was worth it. My cost on the product PLUS overnight shipping was $50 less than the best online price with ground shipping. Also note that previous purchases from authorized dealers almost ALWAYS took two additional days to "process my credit card", regardless of whether I had chosen priority shipping or not. Last time I checked, a credit card can be processed immediately! TheTwisterGroup had my payment put through in a matter of minutes; a tracking number was sent via email. The product was a gift to my grandparents for Christmas. A month later I found out that the item did not work properly and contacted them about exchanges. It was processed in a very timely manner and once they received the item, it was approved and a replacement was shipped and received within a week.
