Item was initially listed as out of stock, but their Web site provided a method to request notification. I was notified in a few days that it was back in stock. Very easy ordering. Not only did they state “There will be no 100% refund…”, but it would also definitely “…not be immediate.” Furthermore, they suggested I “take it up directly with the manufacturer…” or follow their policy and they would graciously get back to me in a few days. How’s that for customer service award of the year? This place is cheap, but they have an atrocious return policy. This rinky-dink internet store validates ripping off customers because their posted policy clearly states you will be ripped off if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Caveat emptor indeed. If you don’t believe it, check their policy yourself. Ask yourself do I really want to shop here? Pray you receive exactly what you order and in working condition. Because if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, quite frankly, you’re hosed.	Overall Rating

The updating of order status on the order page was not up to date and thus not very useful. The box was beat up, ripped in spots, and had been wrapped in plastic wrap. Upon opening, it was missing the assembly hardware, plastic feet and cable vent pieces. I was able to have Sanus seed me the missing items. There was also a few bruises to some areas of the stand. I got a great price on this stand, but it looks like it went on global shipping excursion. When you order UPS 2-day shipping, they charge for UPS 2-day shipping, but ship by UPS Ground if it can get there in 2 days. So let me tell ya a story...The original FedEx arrival time was going to be too close to Christmas so I told myself, I can wait to install my wife's LCD TV on the wall with the mount from TheTwisterGroup.com after the holidays, wrong! Santa got on his elves, and of course with the help of some red nose reindeer they made it through all this blowing and drifting snow!
