Received a defective product and returned it at my cost.Now they say it will be 2 weeks before my paypal account will be credited.It didnt take 2 weeks for them to take my money.It does not take 2 weeks to process a return.It sure didnt take 2 weeks to process my payment and ship me the product.By the way the product is a Uniden Solara vhf marine radio,I ordered 2 they are both a piece of junk.Do not waste your money on this radio or this company. |

There was a discount that was supposed to be taken off when i ordered and it didn't happen that I could tell. The purchase was around 105.00 and with the discount was supposed to be 95-99.00. i don't know if i missed a link or it will be taken off later? could you let me know, i tried to follow up but didn't get an answer. thanks |

I ordered a PA system that was defective. The Twister Group's own website spells out their return policy as: NOT REFUNDABLE ITEMS: * Shipping cost, wire transfer fees, customs and brokerage costs. I received a return authorization number with instructions that included paying for shipment of the returned product. I haven't shipped the item back yet, but I gave the Twister Group a poor review at the Google Checkout site for this policy. Then I received this email from The Twister Group: "Thanks for your order with The Twister Group. We usually do not charge for shipping replacement. But since you decide to bash us in your feedback, we?ll do exactly as you stated: you will have to pay for return shipping. Unless, of course, that feedback is removed. As it is not our fault that factory sealed item happened to be defective. Sincerely, Customer Support The Twister Group support@thetwistergroup.com" Is that a threat? Is that how The Twister Group does business? |

I placed my order for a Blue Parrot B250 headset on Friday night (9/12/08) and as they said orders are not shipped on weekends so it went out on Monday the 15th via FedEx 3 day shipping, my expected date of delivery was the 18th and to my surprise when I got home today my package was here a day early! Very satisfied with Twister Groups prices and prompt shipping, no problems what so ever, looking forward to doing business with them again! Great job guys!! |

Absolutely the worst customer service that I have experienced in 14 years of internet purchases. Having complained about non-delivery, thetwistergroup "service" group (and I use the term very loosely) sent the following comments via email. 1)"If you prefer not to deal with (shippers deleted) you could just let us know. We'd provide you with the addresses of our warehouses where packages were shipped from and you could fly there to pick up your order." 2) "Are you suggesting that (shippers deleted)lost the package? Or you demand signature of delivery without paying for it?" Having been ranted at by this vendor, I advised them that I would follow-up with the shipping company rather than "bother" thetwistergroup further. I received: 3) "So should we not to request tracers with (shipping company) and just add your information to all fraudulent databases and blogs as soon as any negative publicity ofthis issue (on our company instead of shipping company) is found?" Buyer beware... |

The return fee is a bit excessive @ 20% There are several companies who do not charge a restocking fee. Customer service was very rude. On the website they make you agree to terms in order to proceed with the return process. Otherwise you can't get and RMA. To many good companies out there to hassle with this one. |
