Received email notice the unit is sold out on 12/28/07 at 12:41PM. Received email notice the unit is now available on 12/28/07 at 1:58PM for a price of $469.12. They don't even have a phone # where they can be contacted. I would never do business with The Twister Group. The Twister Group is very unethical!!!!!!	Overall Rating

The header clearly stated cannon pixma mx700 and I received an mx300 instead. They refused to correct the error and I was still waiting for a refund two weeks after they received the returned printer. They said they are not going to refund all my money, and insist on restocking fees. They said several times that they sent the correct printer by SKU and that they take no responsibility whatsoever for the error in the listing's header line. I filed complaints with the FTC, their local BBB, and paypal. Paypal refunded my money, all of it. They then attempted to commit extortion saying that I agreed to say nothing negative about them in return for the refund. I told them I wouldn’t lie for them and they turned to collection a figure greater than the original purchase! Since my complaint about twister group, I've started getting several pornographic spams a day. Retailer Response (01/05/2008): Complete misrepresentation. The item model number was exactly what was received. We organized a return at no cost and then issued a full refund even though PayPal rejected buyer\\\'s dispute. Nothing was refunded by PayPal, we issued a refund. Timeline: order placed on 12/13/07, delivered on 12/14/07 (we were rated poorly for slow delivery!), prepaid return tag was emailed on 12/16/07, return received on 12/22/07, refund was issued on 1/2/08 (consider all holidays between these dates). By posting this comment the buyer is not accepting our gesture to accommodate this return for full refund, and therefore will be held liable for restocking fee and both ways shipping.	Overall Rating

I don't know if the problem was with TWG or with the search engine, which didn't bring up the site I requested. I haven't been back to TWG to see how they represent the item on their website. If they clearly say it is a DC adapter, then the mistake was mine; but I usually catch stuff like that me. Retailer Response (01/05/2008): Certainly this is DC adapter. I was told that I would be emailed return instructions "within a week." When I filed a complaint with PayPal because I thought a week an excessive time to wait for return instructions on a falsely advertised item, I was told by a representative of The TwisterGroup.com that their would be no goodwill gestures on their part because of my complaint (a complaint nobody but the buyer and seller could see), and that I would now have to pay full freight to return an item that did not meet the specifications of the item as they described it. Now, the complaint goes public. This is THE WORST online transaction I have ever experienced. BUYER BEWARE!	Overall Rating
